I'm very sensitive when I take any supplement or medication. Believe it or not, I know how every vitamin, mineral, amino acid, herb, etc. feels when I take it. When I take NAC, I can only take at most 300mg at a time because it makes me feel "dumbed down", and if I take too much of it, it disrupts my mood.
