I've noticed that now that we're making the transition to Fall, my need for B6 has increased. This seems to help stave off depression and mood fluctuations. The P-5-P form seems to be more effective than regular pyridoxine hcl, but both do the job. Just wanted to comment on B6 because it might be important to get enough of this vitamin as we enter the Fall and then the Winter months. Of course, there are other nutrients that are important as well, but this is a really important one.
