inositol - sfx

hey i wanted to give inositol one more try for OCD @ therapeutic dose before going back on meds. i remember taking it in the past and feeling dizzy, yet thought that might;ve just been a coincidence, but today i took 1 teapsoon and sure enough have felt lightheaded for most of the day. is there any logical cause for this?
