EPO always made me feel a lot better too, but I didn't know precisely what it did. It doesn't work long term for me though. But I've just added it back in and I think it's helped(or something has) with my anxiety?/mood?
I had PMS too, pretty severe with migraines for about 15 years or so..
I have been able to reproduce them by dropping progesterine too quickly while estradiol is too low I think from memory, but a much leser extent..even the migraine(only very mild though).
I only tried it once though. It may have been a too rapid drop in both progesterone or estradiol..or even the too rapid drop of estradiol. I was tring cycling HRT.
The migraines always lasted 3 days too :-), and relieved by a bowel motion of all things..
I THINk PMS is better in some people after they gain weight as they then have a higher base line of estrogen(stored in body fat). I know I had my progesterone tested once and it was very high..way above range and estradiol was always lowish in range.
I downloaded the software to view the illusions, it was a free download and just popped up on my computer. Sorry I can't recall where from now.

ancer rotates, it sure seems to me it can ONLY go clocKwise.
I'd better take EPO for a while again, I also rub some of the oil out of a capsule onto my face.
