hi -

yes I've been doing low-carb for about 3 years. Healed up eczema, anxiety, acne and bulimia.

I eat high fat, not high protein which is not good for you (too much ammonia). I also don't believe vegetable oil is good for you. I eat a lot of saturated fat in the form of cream, cheese, lard, tallow. About 75% of my diet is fat. I eat fish, meat, eggs etc. Also a few nuts and some low starch vegetables.

I'll never eat another way. Should be warned though, this diet will not make you ultra skinny - it packs on muscle and burns fat, but body still won't go beyond a certain point.
