It seems to be important to get a balance of omega-3s (fish oil, flax oil) and omega-6s (evening primrose oil, borage oil). I take 1,000mg of fish oil and 1,000mg of evening primrose oil together, and I feel much better. Both my mood and my energy levels seem to be more stabilized. But I also rely on some other vitamins like B1, B5, and vitamin C for added energy and depression.
