Deep Relaxation

I'm in favor of natural therapy, treatments and foods. Why stuff yourself with poisonous pills when they're quite likely to cause damage to the liver and other organs.

Another big issue is stress, both physical and mental. I look at stress as something as negative as poisonous medicine - so let's do away with it once and for all...
