Forgot to mention that I also just added a very small dosage of DL-Phenylalanine (375mg) to the mix: B1, B5, fish oil, vitamin C, N-Acetyl-Cysteine, and Acetyl-l-carnitine. Tried methionine, which made me feel strange, but I don't think I gave it enough time. Have tried Tyrosine numerous times in the past, and it just doesn't help at all with depression for me. We'll see.......
