Started St. John's Wort 500mg

I bought a bottle of 'Nature's Aid' St. John's Wort 500mg, standardised to provide 1500 micrograms of hypericins. Recommended dose 1-2 tablets daily with food. I remember someone saying the Kira brand was the one with proven efficacy in clinical trials, but I've taken this brand of agnus castus before with very good results. I took one with my tea, but obviously it's too early to tell any effect as yet. I'm also taking 50mg amisulpride, 100mg lamotrigine, 7.5mg zopiclone and 800mg agnus castus. Any comments/experiences?
