Hi , I have added a few things to my morning ritual that have helped my brain fog tremendously and given me a lot more nergy to get through the day.
Its decaf green tea + a tablespoon of virgin coconut oil in it + a teaspoon of ribose powder.
All of these give you energy and I have no t had any anxiety side effects. If anyone has severe brain fog , you might want to try it out. They are pretty harmless, so it would be worth trying for some.
