St. John's Wort, Bacopa, and EPA

I am looking for a good combo to treat a cluster of symptoms from overfocused ADD, GAD, mild depression, and Social Anxiety. Has anyone had experience combining SJW, Bacopa, and EPA. Studies seem to indicate that Bacopa has a mild impact on Serotonin levels. Would this be safe to take with SJW, or could it potentially cause serotonin syndrome? The regimen I am considering is Kira SJW 300mg b.i.d., Planetary Fomulas Bacopa Extract 225mg (20% Bacosides) b.i.d, and Jarrow EPActive(200mg EPA, 12mg DHA) b.i.d. Any feedback is appreciated.
