I posted an answer to your question already but I don't see it. Here it is a second time, just in case:

Magnesium glycinate.
Magnesium taurate.
Lithium Orotate.
Taurine.
Gaba, or any supplements that have combinations of Gaba+Glycine+Magnesium.

Herbs:
Passionflower.
Skullcap.
Lemon Balm.
Kava Kava.
Gotu Kola.

Other herbs that are usually thought of as stimulating can actually be calming, mood stabilizing, and antianxiety when taken over a period of weeks and months. They include Siberian Ginseng, Rhodiola Rosea (medium to high dose), St Johns Wort, Ginkgo Biloba.

A great one is Reishi Mushroom extract. Antianxiety, mood stabilizer, antidepresant, hormone balancer, all around tonic.

All of the above are powerful enough you can feel them. Some work fast like within minutes or hours, some work slower over days or weeks. For emergencies and fast action, Passionflower with or without the other two herbs usually works well.

Mileage varies. Do one at a time so you can tell what is doing what. For longterm good health and mental stability, consider some form of magnesium and taurine as part of your everyday routine. Lithium orotate also. Play with the others to see what you like and what you don't.

All of these things can be easily researched on Google to find out more.
