Herb Pharm St. John's Wort dosage?

Recently purchased the Liquid SJW by Herb Pharm. The directions simply say take 30-40 drops two to five times a day. Is anyone familiar with what mg dosage this correlates to? I'd also be curious to hear any feedback on the brand.
