I took it midday so left plenty of time for it to wear off. I was yawning by 8pm. Yet it was not like a typical stimulant anyway. I doubt I would have slept during it's 'peak' but I slept very well that night.
And the tub it comes in says "Serving Size: 1 Gram", so I'm just following what the label says.
