Yes I've forced highter doses for well over a year but I can't say I developed a tolerance to these side effects unfortunately.

There have been times on the fish oil when I've been quite calm, and so have questioned whether it's the fish oil, but on the whole I do suspect it as the culprit. I've also tried high EPA/DHA ratios with the same result.


I have read here that the addition of GLA may help but i need to give it a try for myself.
