Hi Meri -
I just went into tools and there is a function there to find nutrients in foods.
Well the funny thing is I sometimes do eat 100g of peanuts - I'm on a high fat low carb diet for the past couple of years, and to be honest, this with magnesium supplementation has totally cleared up my acne/eczema. My skin has really improved, as have my sleep and mental problems.
Yeah that site is great, although sometimes there is a lot of information still missing on various foods - like the animal form of vitamin K for example - I think they just measure the plant form, so many animal products come out looking like they don't have any K in the fat, when they do (bacon for example).
Not to knock on plant foods - I eat those too.
