what can I say my man, excellent reply and prompt as can be, thanks!!!
I'm thinking of going 100mg B6 twice a day and 30mg zinc twice a day for a month to see if it makes any difference. I take it from your remarks that such a trial shouldn't pose me any long term problems if I've understood you correctly? If of course it does make a difference then I'd best get my doc to check my copper and zinc levels if I wanted to continue such a regimen for a longer period?
