> LinkadgeTeejay is correct. There was never any THC in the seeds to begin with. The THC (if any) is in the seed pods. Industrial hemp has virtually zero THC (through selective breeding)).
Back in the day, it was well-known that even seeds from the best dope had no punch. Smoking seeds was an act of desperation, and only led to headache.
I don't think there's ever been any psychoactive property attributed to hemp oil. I know the FDA used to seize hemp oil and hemp seed at the border, but lab analysis demonstrated that there was never any basis for prosecution.
