I just noticed this older thread, and I wanted to remind you that, while any green tea will have caffeine, though considerably less than in coffee (shouldn't be more than the 45mg/6 oz quoted earlier, and possibly somewhat less), it also has various chemicals that relieve anxiety: theanine, polyphenols, and likely others. I can't drink coffee because of anxiety either--very unpleasant experience for me. But for me green tea causes no increase in anxiety, and I drink it all the time. Drinking large quantities is actually relaxing, oddly enough. You could look up theanine on the web, if you're curious.
