Larry Hoover......Question

Lar,

My best friend is starting SJW for low grade depression. She is very med sensitive and wants to try to avoid AD's for now. What is the average dosage that seems to give a response if any? Best brand? In your opinion what others options would you reccomend. I told her about Fish Oil too.
