Thanks for your response.Waaaay too much fluid for me! The absolute minimum effective amount I've found anywhere recommends at least 4 cups, but most I've found seem to quote in the 10 cup range. May I ask where you've read that 2 cups are beneficial? I could drink 2 cups but anymore would be too much fluid. Peace...Saturn.
