I posted it in its entirety in the "alternatives to adderall" thread above. Whatever the case for your concerns, though- it's true- 400mg is a ridiculously low amount. I understand that a lot of nutritionists reccomend a lot more than that for people, and the lowlimit for the amount found in supplements was set long ago under fawlty reasoning. (per Atkins)
