Thank you for your feedback and recommendation Chris... I'm not a naturalist but eating a healthy, well balanced diet and prevention is very important to me. I have no interest in taking pharmicuticals unless absolutely necessary. I was just told about the Sea Vegg product from a friend and she is recommending it to me over the Natures Way Ginkgold. I was looking at Natures Way Ginkgold to hopefully help me improve my memory and concentration. I haven't bought anything as of yet and I'm going to start off with a total body cleanse (which is a month long process) before I start using any type of supplement. Does anyone here recommend or not recommend Ginkgold over the Sea Vegg product and why or why not?
