I am taking a brand called herbal select. Its a combination of standardized vitex 100mg, and chaste berry (vitex) powder 350mg, per cap.

I'm sure there are better brands out there but it seems decent. I tried 2 caps/day.

The dopamine agonism is pronounced. I detect some weak SSRI like effects. I couldn't tell you about sexual side effects as I have been having other problems in that area.

It has anti-anhedonic effects, and some pro-concentration effects.

I am finding it very tollerable. More tollerable than SJW. No irritability.

Some effects on colors too. Brighter. Blue is a little more vivid.
