> >I've been taking fish oil, B vitamins, borage oil, and a multivatimin. now I need to find out about a few other supplements. I bought some naicinamide in case I get really anxious (rather than Xanax). Shouldn't I only take niacinamide as needed, rather than everyday? Next question: I bought some taurine. Should I just take it daily (500mg capsule)? Same question for the L-theanine(100mg capsules). Also, I bought magnesium as Albion amino acid chelated with Optimum Abzorption Complex 45mg consisiting of Ginger (root), Piper longum, and piper nigrum. I ordered all this from the same high-rated company, that is why I didn't buy the magnesium taurate (they didn't sell it). I hope I made a good choice with this magnesium supplement. I couldn't take Natural Calm magnesium as it gave me diarrhea. I'm starting with 100mg a day and working my way up higher. If anyone here has any advice, even if it's only in regards to one of my questions, please let me hear from you! I really need some guidance here! Many thanks!

>Thanks, Shawn. What's happened is that I am on Paxil CR 25mg and it is helping a lot. I am still taking the supplements I had mentioned, but I haven't taken any of the taurine or l-theanine. I will try them IF I have any anxiety not taken care of by the paxil and supplements. At least I'll have them on hand, just in case! Thanks again for your reply and I wish you the best!
