FISH OIL - ST JOHNS WORT

Anyone know how long it would take for fish oil , high EPA formula , to start helping for depression?

Also, have people found a St. Johns Wort / Fish Oil combo to be helpful?

Last of all, I have never tried St. Johns Wort, does it have sexual side effects or drowsiness like SSRI's , also what is the usual dosage for SJW? thanks
