Hi All!
As I've posted before, I have anxiety disorder, especially GAD and some depression, though I believe that most of the depression stems from the anxiety! Anyhow, I'm on 25mg of Paxil CR now, after being weaned off of Zoloft after 12 years. I stopped taking Xanax because I was told that my mental health clinic was adopting a new policy of prescribing no more benzos, so I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet. It's been a week w/o it, as of tomorrow. I do believe that the Paxil is helping, but I still want to help myself as I can! I have been taking the B vitamins (B-100), GLA capsules, and Omega-3 fish oil. I have just placed an order for the following supplements as well: Calcium Citrate, Albion Amino-Chelated Magnesium, Niacinamide,L-Theanine, Vitamin B-125 (instead of the B-100), and Taurine. I want to be careful with the Taurine and L-Theanine. I figure that I know how to be careful about taking too much vitamins, but what's a safe amount of these 2 supplemnts? I don't want to do more harm than good! Any advice is appreciated. I just have to try to do something to aid myself as this has been a very hard year for me and I need things to get better.
