BipolarII help?

I can't get in to see a Pdoc, just moved to Texas, til December 3.....the first appointment was April 3 and I told them that I wouldnt' make it til then.
Any suggestions about something to help the horrible drain swirling depression that I'm experiencing now?
I am completely shut down and unable to make it through an entire day without my zombie act on the sofa. Two more months of this will be a living hell. If I can make it 60 days.
