Hi jaynnee,

Lexapro is a medication with a short half-life and most if not all the medication will have left your body at this point, 5 days since stopping. Starting St. Johns Wort is fine now but start low one or two 300mg. tabs at first and gauge the effect before proceeding higher. I'm a big fan of St. Johns Wort. It has worked wonderfully for my depression and anxiety, I hope you find the same success. :)
