Seriously, tho, I can't. I'm very fortunate to have an understanding boss, but right now I'm at the grunt level of my company and any sort of advancement is going to require more regular hours, meetings, aCk! 8*b
I used to be such a morning person it was irritating even to me! ;^) My alarm would go off, I'd pop out of bed wide awake. Then came several years of unemployment and severe PTSD that had me awake for 70-80 hours at a time. Sleeping twice a week = not a good idea. My sleep cycle seems to be so screwed up I don't know if it will ever get back to normal.
Does anyone have any suggestions on sound alarms or "natural light"/light therapy devices that help get you moving in the morning? Anything besides sound or light that helps?
