I am thrilled to hear of your success with taurine. It really does work, if you get the dose right.
Be aware that your brain could take months to store up some of that taurine that you're flooding it with. Excess (i.e. unabsorbed by neurons) taurine will simply flush out of your system. But the brief exposure will provide supplies for your brain to use later. You can fill a bucket by placing it out on the lawn, and turning on the sprinkler. It's just slower than pouring the water straight in.
