> LizIt could be oxidative stress. You need alphalipoic acid (100-200 mg/day), vitamin C slow-release (2000 mg/day), selenium (200 mcg/day), and you'd probably respond to N-acetyl-cysteine and Enada NADH. Vitamin D might provide a significant boost, too. Up to 4000 IU/day.

The cysteine and Enada require some experimentation. If you wanna go there, I'll help you sort it out.
