I'm wondering what is the difference between lithium orotate and prescription versions of lithium.
Are side effects the same?
Is effectiveness the same?
What are general benefits of lithium orotate in terms of anxiety and depression? (realizing mileage varies, just looking for generalizations).
Does it work by itself or does it really need to be with some kind of natural or prescription antidepressant?
I'm curious if someone like me was considering lithium why they might consider orotate instead of prescription.
