Sorry, no I haven't -- other than the natural stuff you get in foods.
Are you taking this with choline? I thought you have to have the two together?
And if so, how do you find choline? I think it makes me more depressed, but I'm not too sure on that one -- it could be my imagination.
And, do you find inosital specifically beneficial (with or without the choline)?
