do Liver Supplements make Meds less effective?????

I'm taking a benzo and paxil, and was wondering if liver supplements make them less effective. I've heard/read this somewhere, don't know how reliable. Perhaps it makes it process them too quickly?
I take the supplements because i found out that my migraines were caused by the liver.
Also, what supplements are good to augment an SSRI???
