Omega 3's present quite a problem to me as I'm vegetarian and I will not eat fish full stop.
There are vegetarian sources of DHA from algae, but at present there is no vegetarian source of EPA. Some ALA present in oils such as Flaxseed oil for example will convert to DHA and EPA but the ratio of conversion is quite poor.
Possibly the best way for a vegetarian to get enough EPA is to ingest the Omega 3 SDA this is known to convert to EPA. Interestingly after reading the site below I've found that SDA is a precursor to ETA which I've not heard of before.

Anyway enough of my ramblings if you don't mind eating fish then you won't have a problem supplementing EPA and DHA to the diet.
There's still plenty of research to be done with Omega fatty acids.
