Well, part of the fun is trying new things.
Over the years, through experimentation, one finds things that seem to work the best.
I've been taking fish oil constantly for 7 years now.
It needs to be played by ear. Sometimes supplement effects don't last forever. Sometimes unique livetime circumstances require stronger effects :)
