This site is so great! All of you are posting invaluable info and it has helped me to help myself with BP depression... Thanks!
Now, my question is if it is too much to take 5HTP and Rhodiola Rosea and Gingko... and Fish Oil and Magnesium.... or well, which of these could be causing my insomnia??
I thought it could be the fish oil so I cut down to every other day, in the morning, and it helped a bit, but I am still spending several nights up all night, super awake.I take the minimum dosages of each of the above mentioned since I am small in terms of body mass and very sensitive. (magnesium 400 mg, rhodiola 400 mg, 5htp 200 mg, fish oil 640, gingko 100mg).... also vit e, c, zinc, b-12..... that's it!
Feel much better since starting this combo and am so GLAD that I was able to skip prescriptions.
