get plenty of saliva in your mouth then pop in the capsule and swill it around your kouth for a good 10 seconds or so to make it nice n slippery, then a mouthful of pop and its gone.
When I was younger I used to need the tiniest tablests cut in half but these days I cold swallow a boulder.
Its all in the mind u know ;-))
The tip does work by the way.
