I have some Sceletium Tortuosum sitting in front of me the brand is Big Tree (60 * 50mg tablets)

I bought it hoping it would help to alleviate panic and anxiety that I suffer from.

I've taken 50mg a couple of times and I didn't find it of much help to be honest. Considering what you read about it on the internet I was expecting a profound effect.
