My doctor has no problem mixing meds and supplements. She prefers to do that in order to reduce med doses, increase effectiveness, and sometimes even get the patient off of meds.
Most of your supplements are beneficial to the body. Some of them obviously allow you to take a miniscule dose of zoloft. The dlpa and tyrosine are restoring supplies being depleted by adderall.
You might find Pycnogenol interesting. It is mainly a radical scavenger, but it has unknown effects on enzymes that control dopamine and norepinephrine. Some people have been able to switch over to it from Ritalin for ADD.
Could you please tell me about Vinpocetine? How did it feel when you first took it? How does it feel now? Thanks!
