Picamilon; safe???

Anyone have experience with Russian nootropic picamilon, believe it easily crosses blood brain barrier but have some concerns: if it is a weak MAOI does that mean it carries risk of cheese effect/tyramine similiar to Nardil etc, i want to take it by itself and want to be assured that it wont be dangerous
