Hi GG!,
i have been searching here for more info on light therapy and have seen a few of your posts and that you have tried both blue light and full spectrum. I am curious if you feel there is a difference in your reaction? I ordered the golite a few weeks ago and it's made a huge difference. But, now i am seeing that most people appear to claim full spectrum is more effective. Have y ou noticed a difference between the two? what kind of full spectrum do you own?

thanks so much!
