Hey!
Yep, I'm a regular coffee drinker, although no more than three cups a day (instant) and two normal. I can't really say what effect it has on me -- I have always drank it (or some other form of caffine such as tea) I read somewhere that it acts as an AD....
One thing I do have to say is that European coffee is MUCH stronger than the stuff you get in the US.... I mean the stuff that you get in coffee shops etc. American coffee is really weak in comparison (IMHO). I realised why people in (american) films etc could drink alot of coffee! LOL!! I always wondered about that.
Another thing is that in Europe its always served really hot so I add cold milk to make it instantly drinkable but in the US the coffee is served at drinking temperature which I rather like.
I mean no offence anyone! Just some differences I have observed.
