Valerian and I just don't get on together. I can't imagine being able to take ANY product during the day that has valerian in it. I can't even take valerian at night and function the next day!! Plus it depresses the hell out of me.
Was also somewhat irked by the statement on the website that there are no side effects if taken as directed. Uh, excuse me, but any of the herbs listed as ingredients have potential side effects. . .including valerian~!
I'll check what the stress care has in it. Thanks!
