Yes, you can take tyrosine with paxil. I'm pretty sure NADH is fine too, since I don't believe it works on serotonin, but I don't know much about it.

Tyrosine will convert mostly to norepinephrine and dopamine, not serotonin. Since paxil works mainly on serotonin, the combination is fine. Paxil does actually have a little norepinephrine reuptake inhibition to it though, so too much tyrosine could be too much uncomfortable stimulation. With any supplement, trial and error is the only way to find out if it helps or not and it's tricky to find the right dose. Start low, go slow, is a good safe rule.
