I've never tried Amoryn but I've tried the individual ingredients such as St. Johns Wort and 5-htp. I've been very cautious about combining these with SSRI's, usually tapering back on the med for a while then starting very slowly with the supplement.

I hate going to doctors too. And I've never found one who knew squat about augmenting AD's with vitamins/herbs.
