I really don't know how necessary it is to space it out. I don't. One morning smoothie, with all the weird stuff in it, is how I do it (when I do do it). I'm not good at remembering to take my goodies.

That's a pretty high dose. I wouldn't stay at that level, but it can be used for acute treatment. I.e. a specific, folate-sensitive deficiency/defect has been identified.
