Best brands for L-Theanine, and green tea?

I really hope this question is "legal" here...I've seen people ask about brands before and I think you're just not allowed to post a specific site selling things. If this isn't the case I apologize.

I want to purchase some l-theanine, some green tea extract, and actually, some magnesium too. Any help on these? Thanks for reading my post :) (on Klonopin at the moment...feeling errr, besides a little bit of sedation, feeling good/normal and apparently smiley :)...been the best med for me so far, IMHO....REALLY hope that addiction stuff is at least somewhere in the same vein as the SSRI withdrawls, if not easier...babbling, sorry). Anyway, if someone does have a favorite site for purchasing supplements, is it okay to give buzz words for finding the site in search engines? Thanks.
