I think all of those are good ideals. If you review the postings on the alternative board you will find that many people rely have a basic regimen of fish oil, B vitamins and amino acids. Depending on your symptoms you may want to add in extra doses of tyrosine, tryptophan (or 5htp), DLPA, taruine, niacinmide. This approach involves rebuilding and sustaining nutrients that the brain depends on, as well as making sure your body is able to absorb what it needs.
